I have not stopped laughing since I got here. Everyone is so passionate about what they do, and they genuinely care for one another.
Working with a product that provides a net benefit to the world by improving workplace efficiency and communications. I find it so fascinating that our product proactively prevents litigation and regulatory risk, which ultimately frees up this capital for our clients to use elsewhere.
‘Have courage, stay curious’ is one of our values, and it really resonates here. I quickly learned of the toe-stepping rule: if you have a burning question, if you feel something is off, don’t be worried about rank order; step up and speak out. It’s essential to be undeterred in asking questions that lead us to consider new ideas.
Discovering ways to promote a new product in a new market category. Because of its novelty, companies are not yet aware that LitLingo can help their employees avoid costly mistakes that lead to litigation or in anti-compliant cases. This makes it a unique (and fun!) problem to solve.
I am excited to make a real impact. I’m particularly looking forward to helping grow our digital media presence, plan the paid media strategy, and analyze marketing channel performance metrics.
